Cassidy

Cassidy was in my heart from the moment I picked her up at the airport and during stealing food off of the table, swims in the Russian River; even when she brown-eyed me to join her in that freezing river; during our walks; our talks; her care for her cats and for the countless four and two legged friends that she greeted with an energetic wag of that golden tail matched with a smile and her own version of Hello packaged in her beautfiul sweet face. My alarm clock and my comdiean. She gave me more in her lifetime than I ever gave her. Her display of strength and courage during her final weeks as the cancer took her away from all who loved her. She will long stay in my heart and soul until we meet again. For the love of a Golden, named Cassidy.
